Introduction

Designed to be transformational, the Hogenson Leadership Institute Summit Experience will refresh, exhilarate, connect participants as they experience the peace of a mountaintop and the opportunity to deeply listen to God’s voice.

The group is limited to 16 people and spends time in both guided and self-directed experiences to connect with others and God.  Participation is currently available on an invitational basis only and designed for Church, Community, and Business Leaders.

    Rev. Carlson is Lead Pastor of a 9,000 person congregation, he is a sought after preacher, and has formed two thriving ministries for people experiencing homelessness. He is continually fascinated by the beauty of God’s creation.

    EVENT HOST

    Steve, a real estate developer and hospitality business owner in the Twin Cities, is your host. Living part time in Wyoming for over 20 years, he will guide our adventure in the Teton mountains and Jackson Hole.

    FACILITATOR

    Langer leads the largest policing organization in Minnesota. As an educated and experienced executive, he enjoys facilitating conversation and learning about leadership with leaders from multiple disciplines.

2023 Summit Agenda

DAY 1 | Wednesday, Sept. 20

Explore Jackson Hole-
A world full of experiences awaits you as you prepare for the summit experience, which officially begins with our kick-off dinner at 5:30pm.  Until then, take the day to explore Jackson Hole, hiking one of the multitude of trails in yellowstone or nearby.  Looking for something more low-key? Stroll through the town take in the sites with a self-guided tour on a nearby path.

9:30 AM – 5:30 PM Snake River Fly Fishing | Riverside Lunch

DAY 3 | Friday, Sept. 22

8:00 – 9:30 AM Mountainside Breakfast

10:30 AM – 12:00 PM Mountaintop Experience
Join us as we take in the sights from a whole new perspective.

2:00- 4:00pm Choose your own adventure: rock-climbing, horseback-riding, touring

6:00 – 9:00 PM BBQ Dinner and Devotional campfire

Day 4 | Saturday, Sept. 23
8:30 – 10:30 AM Brunch

11:00 AM – 4:30 PM Hike to Phelps Lake
Hike to a mountain lake overlook Solitude with God.

5:00 PM
Closing dinner and chapel
Join your friends in an old log cabin chapel while the sun sets over the mountains intimately sharing your love for God.
